1. Returns And Exchanges

At Anacto, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, things may not meet your expectations, and we're here to assist you in such situations. If you find that something isn't quite as expected, you have 21 business day window to initiate a return. We kindly request that items be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, complete with their tags and packaging. 2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The item is unused and in the same condition as when received.

The item is returned within 21 business days from the purchase date.

The original proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is included.

3. Non-Eligible Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange,​

Undergarments and socks (for hygiene reasons).

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

4. How Do I Return My Items?
​
Please print and fill in the return form. The return form must be placed inside with the item before posting. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage method for added assurance when returning your items.

5. Shipping Costs
​
Free shipping for purchase of £50 or more. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

6. Refunds
​
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing your return. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment. You should receive your refund amount within 7 - 10 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please print and fill in the exchange form. The exchange form must be placed inside with the item before posting. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage method for added assurance when returning your items.
